Structured Therapeutic Support
Structured Time Is Time Well Spent.
At Safe Landing, our support team offers compassionate, hands-on support at each stage of this transitional time. As such, we are pleased to act in close collaboration with families, treatment facilitators, and community providers every step along the way.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
We are committed to our clients' recovery journeys and require them to take part in an intensive outpatient program. Our clients will have daily meetings with our Case Manager and recovery support staff. They will also attend recovery-focused meetings on a daily basis. Our clients are subject to random toxicology screens. At Safe Landing, we promote sober independence.
Social & Recreational
At Safe Landing, we require a minimum of 20 hours of structured time each week which may include IOP, volunteering in the community, social & recreational programs, or a part time get well job. We offer a number of social and recreational activities including hiking, paddle boarding, golfing, and equine therapy. Additionally, a gym membership is included for our residents.
Health & Wellness
At Safe Landing, we understand the importance of whole body wellness. We require our clients attend therapy once per week. If a client does not already have a therapist, we will work with them to find one that they are compatible with. Our residents also work with our Health Consultant to develop a meal plan that meets their needs. We believe that meditation is crucial to the recovery process and strongly encourage our clients to meditate daily.
