Some pre-genetic dispositions to mood disorders can keep you isolated, filled with self-doubt, lethargy and feeling like you don't fit it. My practice services teenagers and adults at all stages of their life. Services for individuals and couples. Open in the evening and weekends; rational emotive techniques, cognitive reframing, communication skills, and self-therapy are some of the techniques used to help clients become more aware, develop insight and skills to live more effective and happier lives
